A Construction Certificate is the building approval that is issued in conjunction with a Development Application.

Construction Certificates from RIVERINA BUILDING APPROVALS are for those buildings which first require Development Approval from council, such as warehouses, motels, shops etc.

Construction Certificate including progress inspections (except for drainage) and an occupation certificate can all be carried out by RIVERINA BUILDING APPROVALS.

If you submit a Construction Certificate application at the same time as your Development Application, it can be assessed concurrently, thereby speeding up the start of your building work.
